Posted: 2005-04-19 21:37:20Hehehe... you're right about that! Because of its location, it tends to be cool and damp until a little later in the year when the sun burns off the morning fog making the days more comfortable. Otherwise, you'll be stuck with sweater / jacket weather and lots of rain.
Depending on the neighborhood, you can see areas that look like dreary 1940's brick walls with windows, or colorfully trimmed store fronts in the crowded shopping district.
Are you hanging around only in the capital, or heading out through the country?
