Wine country
Posted: 2005-01-24 17:00:38Most visits to Hungary would be to see Budapest (the parliament buildings are fabulous) but, if you can, go to Eger and check out the Valley of Beautiful Women. This valley has a series of caves where winemakers store there products. When we went, you could take an empty 2L bottle of Coke and fill it with the wine of your choice for about 100 or 200 forints (about $1~$2). It was great!
